Biography
Magdalene “Maggie” Perry is a dedicated financial aid specialist and work-study program coordinator, where they have been supporting faculty and students since 2022. Originally from Chickasha, Oklahoma, Magdalene developed a strong passion for education and community development, especially at USAO where her father Michael Tsonetokoy worked and her brother Michael “Isaac” Tsonetokoy attended.
Magdalene earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from USAO in 2015, followed by a Master of Science in Behavioral Sciences in 2021.
Professionally, Magdalene is known for strict adherence to federal regulation and the managing of the federal work-study program. In 2025, Magdalene received the “Customer Service Excellence” award for providing exceptional service to students and colleagues.
Outside of work, Magdalene is an avid reader, video game enthusiast, Bob Ross fanatic, and weightlifter.
